Business plans implementation and new markets penetration for all lines.Providing the annual sales plan and quarterly plan updates and revision for all lines.Maintain sales Volume, product mix, and selling price considering supply and demand, trend changes, economic indicators and competitor’s activities for different lines under his supervision.Market intelligence in terms of providing market feedback to Commercial Director regarding the competitive offerings, market needs and generate product development ideas.Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives and provide reports weekly / monthly.KOLs engagement building strong partnership with customers to understand their business needs and objectives for all lines.Define resources required to execute business plan ex: Budget, manpower and stocks.Operate regional office with all activities.Monitor Stocks supply and demand needs according to Sales.Regularly attend company meetings, training, technical data presentations and briefingsMaintain formal professional appearance is a must.Participate in all marketing activities.

Job Description

Our client is a GCC based cosmetics and beauty products private label distributor for salons, spas and retail outlets. As part of their growth in the United Arab Emirates, we are recruiting an experienced Arabic speaking female to join their Dubai team to oversee the operations and be responsible for business growth from proactively developing retail accounts. The role has P&L and sales forecasting accountability.

Role Summary

Working with the sales executives to develop sales and marketing strategies for each brand with the resellers to achieve sales targets.

Source and develop new sales opportunities for product reseller distribution and develop incentive programs.

Recruit, train and manage beauty advisors.

Proactively work with the retailers to develop retail store activations, PoS and promotions to maximize brand awareness.

Skills & Experience Required

10+ years’ B2B new business development and account management experience in the personal care, skincare, perfumes, cosmetics and beauty products industry in the UAE and/or GCC.

Ability to develop long-term multi-brand retail strategies, marketing and commercial models to increase business and revenue growth.

Strong commercial and financial acumen to focus on profit, volume sales, sales forecasting, pricing and product mix.

Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.

Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

UAE driving license is mandatory.


Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

Candidate Profile

Arabic speaking female currently living in the United Arab Emirates.

Fluency in English and Arabic – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English and Arabic.
