 Develop the initial execution program for every project.Supervise and coordinate with every project manager to review their project documents from drawings, schedules, quantities and specifications, and notify the technical office for any deficiencies.Develop and coordinate the initial time frame for project milestones.Be responsible for the resources allocation including manpower and budget.Be responsible for the necessary resources, and should plan accordingly in terms of quantities, cost and time frame.Follow-up on a daily basis with the owner’s representative and notify him with any unresolved problems after trying and taking all necessary means to resolve them.Supervise the cooperation of the implementation managers with the technical office to ensure time and cost and quality efficiency.Follow-up on warehouses and utilized inventory and make sure all needs for projects will be met.Participate in the selection of subcontractors and manage their accounts with the company according to their evaluation.

Duties The duties of the Project Director shall include but not be limited to the following tasks Responsibilities Works as Director for the Operational Management Consultancy (OMC) having under his responsibility the curatorial and exhibition development. Review with the team the relative document for policies and frame of work in relation with Privet Public Partnership etc. Supervise and review all the curatorial tasks related with the exhibition development from the concept of the galleries to text writing. Manage the overall coordination of OMC and guarantees the smooth implementation between several players and stakeholders. Develops, Review reports, action plans for specific areas of museum operation and management and guides the client to perform the maximum of his duties. Reviews prior to submission all Review reports, Inception Report, Monthly Progress Report and the Project Final Report. Communicate with the Clients representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns. Reports internally in Hill International to the Senior Projects Director. Monitor performance to assure successful delivery of the Key Performance Indicators and client contractual requirements. Qualifications A degree in Museology, Egyptology or Business related discipline is required Post Graduate education such as a MSC or PHD is highly desired Ability to think ahead, create new and innovative approaches to work related issues Strong Management and communication.
