The incumbent should have skilled maintenance experience to implement corrective and preventive maintenance for production machines with Complying with all EHS & Quality regulations. Also will be responsible of R&M budget control within his/her area. He/she will be responsible of eliminating any risk could affect EHS, Quality, productivity. Also train & coach maintenance staff on machine failure analysis techniques RCA/FMEA/WCA.
Support production team by creating/ auditing CILT activities and give support when needed. Has the ability to create/implement innovation ideas to support department/ factory KPI’s. Show a high level of cooperation with his/her peers to integrate all needed actions to reach success easier. Create SOP’s /OPL’s and give needed training to staff when needed.
Ensure that all maintenance activities been done in a safe way & 5S implementation in his/her area.
Perform/ follow up daily inspections & maintenance on equipment and carry out periodic maintenance according to the preventive maintenance system guidelines.
Lead the corrective maintenance team during production operation and extend overall technical support and Check all the machinery malfunctions during operations and advise all possible steps to prevent re-occurrence using Kaizen concept.
Report daily maintenance activities and Plan & supervise the overall activities of each technician in his/her respective areas and skills and ensure guidance coaching to direct reportees.
Monitor/ control spare parts consumption and availability on warehouse.
Responsible to implement and follow up TPM, Kaizen, Lean and six sigma requirements in production.
Education : Mechanical or Electrical engineering BSc
Work Experience : Minimum 3 years experience in Maintenance , TPM / lean/ 6 sigma “FMCG is preferable”
Language Skills : very good in English speaking and writing
