HR Recruiter is responsible for the full cycle of the recruitment process, from talent sourcing to interviewing and hiring the best possible talents.Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs according to recruitment plans, polices and processes.Posting job vacancies through different recruitment channels, screening resumes, conducting phone & in-person interviews with candidates and preparing shortlists.Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers, following up on the interview process status till job offering stage.Employee on-boarding support.Handling hiring-related paperwork (medical checkup, updating HR system with new hires, creating employee files).Following up with departments’ managers on related new hires workspace & competence reports after probation.Process benefits enrollment of new hires including social insurance, medical insurance, mobile lines, employee IDs… etc.Headhunting potential candidates using social media platforms and reaching out to them via phone or email.
