Call new customers and Follow up with client regarding the supply, maintenance and solve any issues.Achieve Monthly/Yearly revenue targetAcquire new accounts as per requirementRequired Calls new & existing customers.Manage relationships with allocated small business customers via outbound phone calls and email communicationSubmit related report within the time frameConduct an agreed number of outbound phone calls per month to ensure regular customer contactRetain SMSA share of wallet growth with existing customers in their portfolioIdentify Customer revival opportunities within portfolio from the monthly down-trader reportHandle inquiries from transaction and on-demand customersSupports Sales campaign by contacting targeted customersQualify new customers and close opportunities in customer segment.Gathering information for potential clients.Follow up with client regarding the supply maintenance and solve any issues.Coordinate with field sales high revenue customer.Preparing report (FTF Daily report, Risk and lost customer monthly).Handling and filed RFR from client.Visiting the client if needed.Given the customer discount as per policy and procedure of SMSAMaintain customers data,Managed discounts accordingly.Increase sales revenue and expand client database within the handled industry,Develops and implement an approach to secure competitors sales customers to the requirements of the Sales function.Coordinate to solve any issues relating to payments/approval per company policy/procedures.
