Continually monitor Performance Management Administration (Objective Setting, Year End, 360, Continuous Feedback) to ensure timely completion of the performance management process. Update/upload talent management forms, templates on the system. Monitor and/or follow up with employees and managers to ensure allotted programs and initiatives are completed on time. Resolve manager/employee queries on all of the talent management processes to ensure SLA’s are met.Resolve technical challenges faced by employees and escalate to relevant function. Monitor completion of talent management programs and support with administrative transactions.  Manage tool related technical escalation. Consolidate and roll up ratings as per calibration matrix. Handle internal escalations. Notify Managers update potential ratings. Include Associates in Talent pool for succession. Check the TM tool and configure it for the TM processProvide process completion reportsPrepare monthly people data report and share it with respective marketsAddress any queries regarding the survey analysisReport periodically on the diversity metrics
