Responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, the management and guidance of the Sales Representatives, the rules and regulations, and all store-related training, along with the implementation of the manager’s marketing strategies.The follow-up to promote the manager’s daily work management plan, implement, organize, arrange, and manage the overall operation of the store (organize the progress of the day, week, and month to achieve follow-up goals), lead the sales team to complete the sales taskComplete the company’s sales indicators, analyze the sales and inventory of the products on a regular basis, and propose suggestions and improvement actions.Leading the sales technics of the store, collect and analyze the Data of competitorsActively assist the manager’s promotional activities, and suggest the store promotion plan for the situation and needs of the store.Daily sales training for the sales representatives, training and evaluating of Sales representativeResponsible for store staff, mobile phones, orders, sales, inventory, equipment, cash, finance, security, etc.Handling and solving difficult problems, customer objections, disputes, after-sales services, etc. that the sales representative cannot solve.Responsible for the store image and display management, and resolutely maintain brand image and brand atmosphereDaily communicate with mall management staffSupervise on safety and cleaning of the various equipment, tools, and places.
