Manage day-to-day Application activities.Provide day-to-day support for Fawry Users internal/External.Dashboards and custom view creation.Translate business requirements into an appropriate Dynamics solution (entities, workflows, forms, reports, dashboards).Perform unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing.Perform data migration activities.Provide on-going training on the provided solutions.Provide on-call advice and technical support to various users regarding specific operational/applications issues.Implement and customize Fawry Workflows.
