Receive all recruitment request from departments and study their job descriptionsPrepare recruitment materials and post jobs to various portals.Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications.Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidatesInterview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior ,manager and executive)Conduct interviews with department’s managers.Select shortlisted candidates and send offer to the choose one.Conduct background checksReception the new candidates, make orientation and prepare all their documents, devices, SIM cards etcFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openingsUpdates and review all job analysis and description.Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
