Preparing mix designs and conducting trial mixes.
Overlooking the laboratory and manage the technicians.
Design optimization of plant layout to meet high performance mixes and meeting high productivity
Establishing laboratory facilities & practices to fulfill test requirements & train laboratory technician to meet project quality plan
Managing Customer communication for technical and Commercial submittals
