Develop & own the short / long term product vision; taking full responsibility on product management end to end Communicate with different stakeholders across the company including, the operations, loyalty, CX / CI, call-center & analysis teams to plan and prioritize product features & benefits Drive the product customer experience & continuously raising the bar on quality, functionality & usability to exceed customer’s expectationsWork with a cross-functional team in planning a product release & ensuring that teams are practicing the agile principles of collaboration, prioritization and accountability Monitor & evaluate the product progress at each iteration by performing the appropriate analysis of the product & the released features Benchmark our platform against industry standards & competitors for cost, innovation & operation excellence
