Scope:Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problemsRead technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and supportSet up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate softwareDevelop training materials and procedures, or train users in the proper use of hardware or softwareRefer major hardware or software problems or defective products to vendors or technicians for serviceEnter commands and observe system functioning to verify correct operations and detect errorsMaintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activitiesInstall and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specificationsPrepare evaluations of software or hardware, and recommend improvements or upgradesPerform laptop and desktop Install, maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.Document, maintain, upgrade or replace hardware and software systems including clean-up and diagnostic work.Provides user training on laptops use, printer connection, share drive access and other similar items.Support company employees across all systems with technical issues.Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
