We are looking for a technical Recruitment Specialist to undertake all engineering hiring activities, from advertising open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires.Recruitment Specialist responsibilities include connecting with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers. If you have experience evaluating candidates for roles of various fields and seniority levels, we’d like to meet you.Ultimately, you will be responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.Job Duties:Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plansCreate and publish job ads in various portalsNetwork with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during eventsCollaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employeesScreen resumes and job applicationsConduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidatesInterview candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive)Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hireDesign, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveysHost and participate in job fairsFollow up with candidates throughout the hiring processMaintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings

Job Description

 

About the role:

The Technical Recruiter will be in charge of sourcing, screening and shortlisting qualified tech talents for our technical roles. You will be responsible for networking a pipelining both online and offline with top-notch calibers to ensure that we attract the best professionals in the market and in a timely manner.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·        Work with the hiring managers to forecast and develop recruitment plans

·        Create and advertise job descriptions

·        Pipelining and attracting top-notch tech. talent by using multiple sourcing methods (Headhunting, recruitment portals, referral programs and Job fairs).

·        Research and keep up to date with the technical employment market and it’s trends

·        Screen and shortlist matching candidates.

·        Conducting Initial Phone/Online Interviews.

·        Conducting CBI interviews

·        Conduct employment background check for accepted candidates when needed.

·        Lead offer details discussions

·        Ensure that each stage of the recruitment process is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

·        Implement the newly hired employee onboarding and orientation process.

·        Develop and maintain talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

·        Prepare, maintain and update employee data for the HRIS.

·        Promote company’s reputation as a great place to work

Qualifications

 

·        3 to 5 years of proven tech. recruitment experience

·        The ability to understand and explain job requirements for Software Development roles

·        Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

·        Solid knowledge of technical sourcing techniques

·        Understanding of the Egyptian employment market

·        Outstanding communication skills

·        Deep understanding of HR practices and labor legislation

·        Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, IT or relevant degree

·        HR diploma or certificate is a must
