Support the Talent Development Manager with the shared service talent development function to improve and maintain consistent application of tools impacting talent development across the organization. Monitor the use of talent assessment tools and provide appropriate feedback and communication channels.Guide the line managers and/or HCBP in the holistic use of talent assessment tools.Partner with Talent SMEs (TPM, HC Analytics, Organization Development, Learning, Talent Acquisition) to build supporting tools and resources to drive the Talent Management Process.Lead the coordination with talent development and HCBP’s to identify potential key roles/jobs, determine need of successors, and identify current incumbents in key positions.Monitor the assessment of skills and experiences required for talent development programs associated with people capability and report any risk areas to Talent Development Manager.Review periodically and monitor progress of organization-wide talent management programs and recommend program adjustment through program evaluation metrics and document results. Build knowledge in order to provide specialist advice and support to subordinates and end-users with regards to talent assessments planning. Work and brief Learning and Development function on all career development, succession planning programs and provide reports and relevant talent data as and when required. Drive best practice strategy on talent development systems implementations to plan, organize and manage enhancements for all talent development programs. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the talent development team by supporting projects, conducting research, analyzing programs, and providing critical feedback that helps solve team problems or improve talent development processes and practices.Identify and communicate critical insights as and when provided by relevant stakeholders. Continually monitor Talent Development Administration (360 Feedback, Succession Planning, Graduate Programs, Top Talent etc.) to ensure timely completion of the talent development process. Support with updates/ uploads of templates forms and or any enhancements to existing processes or procedures. Manage tool related technical escalations, in close collaboration with offshore teams to meet timelines. Handle internal escalations within talent development to relevant stakeholders as and when required. Monitors and evaluates talent progress and development for GS Shared Service for all regions and all business units ; through proficiency assessment process that is consistent with company appraisal, developmental and feedback standards as follows:Supports programs to meet organizational Talent Retention Rate (as established) Supports the completion of Talent Performance/Talent Management Programs within set timelines. Skill gap measures (Succession Planning, Critical Roles) Talent Engagement Levels – Employee Survey
