We are looking to hire a Senior Software Quality Control Engineer to join us in our mission of educating the world. The successful candidate shall be responsible for conducting testing activities including analysis, design, implementation, and reporting for in-house software, to ensure the product meets the required quality level.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop test cases for software tools and websites to verify product functionality according to user requirements
  • Write clear and concise bug reports and scenarios to ensure clear communication with the software developer
  • Approve updates to the software tools and websites while ensuring product efficiency

Who has access to data?

Your information will be shared internally (within Nagwa Technologies) for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles.

Nagwa will not share your data with third parties other than those detailed above, unless your application for employment is successful and it makes you an offer of employment. How does Nagwa protect data?

If your application for employment is unsuccessful, Nagwa will hold your data on file for 6 months after the end of the relevant recruitment process. At the end of that period, your data is deleted or destroyed.

Your rights

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:

  • access and obtain a copy of your data on request;
  • require Nagwa to change incorrect or incomplete data;
  • require Nagwa to delete or stop processing your data, for example where the data is no longer necessary for the purposes of processing;
