Set sales plan with the head of supply/ commercial head to set the monthly targetsImplement the sales plan by meeting or exceeding sales goalsResponsible for generating leads by attending huge bookings, drivers’ unions committees, build good relationships with driversPersuade different drivers with NAQLA Stores benefits and how to get the needed items with the best prices.Issue driver application and collect the needed documents (National ID, Driver license, truck license, etc..)  to send to the credit dept. to start credit cycle.Update weekly prices with the commercial / supply head to make sure having the recent updated prices.Monitor market prices and other companies offers and send any needed info. To the line manager.Responsible for NAQLA STORES service wide spread between drivers in the market.Coordinate with the supplier coordinator when/ where orders shall arrive to handle with the drivers.Responsible for let the driver sign on the trust receipt with the total amount of the sold items.Collect all documents and send it to Legal and Finance to be archived and well trackedMake different visits to evaluate needs, answer drivers’ questions about service, prices and availability with cooperation with Ops & Fleet team.Resolves drivers’ complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and drivers’ sales.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Determine price schedules and discount rates with the line manager.
