Job Objective: Your role as a Sales Consultant is to help in the buying, selling process of residential properties in the real estate business. Accordingly achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory.
Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services.
Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals.
Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property.
Oversee the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements.
Coordinate the closing of property deals to ensure vital documents are signed and payment received.
Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals.
Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals.
Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals.
Provide periodic reports to unit managers on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market.
Offer recommendations to buyers and show buyers properties that meet their needs.
Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals.
Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects.
Coordinate with the fellow colleagues to support and advise them with their pipelines.
Share a meeting calendar with the photographer and fellow colleagues.
Report daily activities including daily tasks and goals.
Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
To grow the customer base by monitoring and updating property listings, to advise clients on the process, legal requirements, and market conditions, and developing competitive market prices.
The ideal candidate will already and familiar with the local market and be extremely well-organized, a quick learner, accurate, has strong Excel/database skills, and has the ability to think outside of the box.

3 years of experience in real estate industry
Proven track record in setting goals and achieving objectives.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business management/ finance or equivalent industry experience, along with a passion for the real estate industry and the desire to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment.
Professional proficiency in Arabic and English required.
Outgoing and customer-oriented attitude, extremely discreet and ethical.
Ability to mediate disagreements between buyers and sellers
Persistent and can quickly understand and relate to client’s needs
Outgoing personality. Drive and commitment with a team player approach
Contributor to the effective functioning of the team
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Excellent time management & organization skills
Good knowledge of the local property.

Essential computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & PowerPoint, forms, MS Outlook, and drive.
