QHSE Manager

Support the HSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.Support in compliance onshore and offshore and perform regular HSE audits in the areas of business and vessel operations.Attend pre-job, planning and client meetings as required on HSE related matters.Provide support to the department on the implementation of Company-wide HSE initiatives eg. ISO 19001:2015, 45001:2018 .Assist with developing HSE plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as client requirementsEnsure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s offshore training and HSE program .Investigate and complete the process for close out of all Accident Investigation Reports and prepare/submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager for promulgation to the managementManage Safety Statistic reporting within Singapore. Description:

•Manage, direct the performance planning, documenting and reporting inspections, sampling and tests.
•Implement all aspects of the QA/QC, safety & environmental plans and verify conformity with the drawings and specifications.
•Verify satisfactory QA/QC, safety & environment staff and equipment performance through inspection of all work phases, and that equipment, materials and work conform to the contract specifications.
•Interface with suppliers to verify specification compliance.
•Inspect production facilities and materials required by the specifications or requested by the company prior to shipment.
•Review test data and certification regarding source and origin compliance with specification.
•Verify that materials and equipment are as specified and that operating systems are controlled, as required by the specifications.
•Verify that all required equipment certificates of compliance are provided by the manufacturer or supplier.
•Note deficiencies and verify their correction.
•Supervise on the executing and updating the environmental protection plan, review the reports and approve it.
•Conduct internal auditing to check for the whole stages of the work and give advice.

Job responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and monitor the integrated management system of Benban SPVs QHSE Management system.
2. Guarantee the compliance with IFC/FMC regulations
3. Risk assessment, preventing and protecting measures , emergency management, incident report, PPE’s, safety coordination of suppliers and contractors, audits and inspections, toolbox talks and HSE trainings.
4. Waste management, Identification, evaluation and monitoring of environmental impacts.
5. Support Quality Audit on PV plants and follow up related NCs and punch lists.
6. HSE inspection during site most dangerous activities and periodical inspection.

Job requirements:

1. Engineering Bachelor degree.
2. 2 to 3 years of QHSE experience.
3. Excellent English.
