To design and deliver OD and change management strategies,Design and update organization structures with job descriptions- Job profiling, KPIs & deps workflow.To identify opportunities for performance improvement through, for example, undertakinginternal diagnosis, process/system reviews in order to understand barriers and possiblesolutions; conducting external research into good practice and new ideasAssist in employee retention and developmentManage the Performance Management ProcessLead Employee Engagement & Culture transformation agendaDesign and update grading and Pay structure system, the benefits system, design career path, job rotation system)(T&D process and procedures, TNA, Training efficacy evaluation system (before- during – after), training plansConsult and train managers leadership to identify business processesLead Employee Engagement & Culture transformation agendaCoach managers on how to manage team performance.Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers, or other eventsManage workforce planning to determine current staffing needs and producing forecastsBuilding talent pipelines for current and future job openingsBuild a strong employer brand – Leading all sourcing strategiesdesign and implement recruiting strategies for our company.Anticipate the organizations future and work with senior executives to advise on recruiting tactics that will help to sustain the company’s successPrepare and review our annual recruitment budgetOversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and communication)Manage, train, and evaluate our team of recruitersManaging and delivering reports and data when requiredMeasure key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire
