To manage and lead the Presales activities and operations, providing clients with the required and/or recommended solutions adding value to the clientPromotes GTS Systems’ image and culture internally & externally.Develops the pre-sales strategy to standardize the documentation’s system, technical proposal final layout and the archiving systemsActs as a consultant/advisor to the client on the complex technical issues and conduct presentations.Review and approve the preliminary offer for high value and complex solutions configuration.Transfers new lead whenever and opportunity arises to the Senior Partner Manager to conduct a research and follow-up on the outcome of the researchDesigns highly technical solutions and identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).Reviews and approves the technical components of the proposals ensuring the efficient integration of all configured solutions, before submission to the sales team for final compilation.Reviews the technical aspect of the Project Implementation plan prepared by the Project Managers ensuring it is achievable and within the set time frame.Reviews and approves the checklist of the purchase order and validate its accuracy with the quotation obtained from the Purchasing & Order Processing team.

Meets with clients after their initial meeting with the sales to understand the client’s technical needs and requests
Receives Tenders and finds technical specifications to develop into a technical and financial offer
Do the site survey for all potential projects to ensure that the offers presented are a match to the client’s requirements and project site
Builds relationship with vendor
Negotiates with vendor to get the best prices for the presented offers
Presents the technical offer to the client when needed
Studies new technologies offered by new partners and vendors
Searching for and meeting with consultants that can become potential partners
