TEBCOM is a medical technology services app including a telehealth platform, virtual clinic management through high-tech Mobil applications.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Segmentation and targeting of potential customersPresent, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customersEngage customers efficiently and guarantee efficient usage of our medical technology services.Training and follow up with all parties using the service (Doctors/ Assistants)Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needsEstablish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationshipsExpedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionAchieve agreed upon target outcomes within scheduleCoordinate sales effort with team members and other departmentsAnalyze the territory/market’s potentialSupply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Continuously improve through feedback

Achieving determined targets according to plans determined by the company’s management also within the company’s policy.Increasing the rates of the company product sales through pharmacies and private clinics to Support in achieving the targets of the company.Making regular visits to all the customers (physicians, pharmacists, hospitals and Distribution companies) and delivering them the message of the company’s policy.Highlighting the competitive privileges in the company’s productsProviding and informing doctors with the studies and scientific researchers of each product.Following up regularly all the new competitive products in the market and all the related activities with sending a report to the company.
