Interior Design Team Leader

The team leader’s main duty is to monitor all work completed by his / her team members and provide them with technical supervision and backup.
Ensuring that the Company Quality Standards, guidelines and plans are implemented properly, in addition to ensuring that all work assigned to his / her team members is completed properly, and meets the required specifications and standards.
He / she is responsible, in coordination with the Principal Engineer, for setting the systems design basic concept for all projects.
He / she should monitor and enhance his / her team members’ productivity. Also, should provide his / her team members’ with the technical assistance, support and guidance required to complete their work..
Coordinate with other disciplines’ Team Leaders among other groups that are directly related to the project, in addition to coordinating with clients and sub-consultants upon the request of the Project Manager.
Lead Team Members and others to work together to meet defined objectives that achieve the goals..
Directly affect and enable the development of architectural design, ensuring that the highest quality is at the core of the Department’s work.
Establish and maintain positive communication and good relationships with other departments and team members
Lead in the shaping of the design of projects within the team.
People Management:
Monitors the implementation of the on-the-job training to ensure an on-going skills development process to increase team competence
