Communicate and coordinate customers’ orders with internal departments and Export Manager.Review the production plan with the factory.Revise and provide customers with documents.Document management of related forms.Order and invoicing data entryTracking Process to ensure on-time delivery.Prepare required reports and invoices.Coordinate with all the teams new and/or outstanding ordersPrepare all the export documents needed and send them to customers.Other duties as assigned

  • Preparing the required documents for export processing (Perform invoice, final invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, draft for payment term, shipping declaration).
  • Receive shipping orders from Export Manager / Executive and accordingly manage all the shipping preparations concerning the container spacing and packing conditions assuring the product safety and space utilization.
  • Follow up on shipment schedule in order to ensure the accuracy of its arrival and departure dates in order to have contingency plans in case of delays
  • Receives bill of lading from customers and contact courier service providers to send the export supportive documents when required.
  • Prepares client samples with necessary shipping procedures.
  • Satisfying clients’ needs starting from placing an order and until the products are sold.
  • Responsible for the monthly shipping schedules subdivided into countries and products.
  • Building and maintaining the client database using the CRM software and customer service channels of market distribution and end-user preferences.
  • Direct daily contact with the factory, finance department, and logistics department.
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any similar discipline.
  • Excellent command of Arabic, English and Spanish (Italian/French are a plus)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • High level of communication skills
  • Multi-Task handling.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
