Monitor the salaries to insure following the salary Structure-guidelines.Conduct the full progression Plans I.e. promotions plans, salary review and annual increase for the whole categories.Prepare the annual personnel cost budget for Direct and Indirect employees.Track and trace the monthly personnel cost to insure adherence to the budget.Prepare the monthly reports i.e.  4Plan, SAP SEM, Layout, BU Dashboard and Indirect report for efficiency.Administer the full calculation process for annual target agreement bonus indirect group.Administer the full calculation process for annual bonus direct group.Prepare monthly Payroll instructions for direct and indirect.Issue employment offers for internal and external calibers.Propose and implement new benefits to employees.Administer Employees’ development system.Administer employees’ end of probation.Prepare Life insurance beneficiary list on a monthly basis.Issue HR and Employment Letters.Update SAP HP6 with indirect transactions i.e. Starter, Leavers, Promotions and salaries transactions.Review and approve the company mobile requisitions.Adherence to Quality.
