Business Analysis

Meet with key business users & stakeholders to understand system business, financial, and operations requirements to identify organization needs/opportunities
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems to improve the systems business process capabilities.
Recommend and develop valuable software business solutions to meet ongoing business needs
Ensure correct integration between different modules.
Recommend to add different key business users to the project while eliciting requirements to develop a comprehensive & integrated software business solution.

Documentation

Prepare & complete requirements analysis document RAD
Submits requirement analysis document to key business user & stakeholders for approval and transmits approved documents to technical team leaders.
Create Sign off document & seek signature authorization from key business users /stakeholders after the completion of the project.
Collect and maintain files of the finalized documents

Technical Review

Meet with technical team leaders after approval to verify & explain the requirements analysis document RAD.
Participate in the review of functional & technical documents with the technical team

Other Tasks

Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Follow the instructions, quality of requirements, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.

  • Support the team in sprint planning activities.
  • Define and review backlog stories including acceptance criteria and “Definition of Done”.
  • Elaborate features/ stories with the team.
  • Follow-up the development progress to ensure actual value realization.
  • Responsible for release demo and feedback with end-users and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for maintaining a continuous communication with end-users.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Information Technology (Computer Science & Information Technology graduate).
  • (3-5) years of experience in business analysis. All or part of it in agile environment is preferred.
  • Excellence the use of the following technologies & tools:
  • User stories and Use cases analysis.
  • Backlog Management.
  • Acceptance Criteria.
  • Business Rules Analysis.
  • Decision Analysis and Modelling.
  • Estimation and prioritization techniques.
  • Process Analysis and Modelling using BPMN 2.0
  • Prototyping techniques and tools.
  • Stakeholders Communication and Management techniques.
  • Have a basic experience in health and medical domain preferred.
  • To have any of the following certificates, CCBA, CBAP or IIBA-AAC is a strong point.
  • Speaks professional English.
  • Very good communication and analytical skills.
  • Very good documentation skills.
