Business Analysis
Meet with key business users & stakeholders to understand system business, financial, and operations requirements to identify organization needs/opportunities
Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems to improve the systems business process capabilities.
Recommend and develop valuable software business solutions to meet ongoing business needs
Ensure correct integration between different modules.
Recommend to add different key business users to the project while eliciting requirements to develop a comprehensive & integrated software business solution.
Documentation
Prepare & complete requirements analysis document RAD
Submits requirement analysis document to key business user & stakeholders for approval and transmits approved documents to technical team leaders.
Create Sign off document & seek signature authorization from key business users /stakeholders after the completion of the project.
Collect and maintain files of the finalized documents
Technical Review
Meet with technical team leaders after approval to verify & explain the requirements analysis document RAD.
Participate in the review of functional & technical documents with the technical team
Other Tasks
Develop all needed reports to be submitted to the direct manager.
Perform any other assigned tasks as required by the direct manager within the same level of responsibility.
Follow the instructions, quality of requirements, safety and occupational health, the environment and road safety management system.
