Job Description
Make daily cold calls with companies and factories
• Marketing for products and services of the company to customers over the phone.
• Increase database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
• Knowledge of Online Research tools and Data Generation
• Should be quite customer friendly and should be able to persuade the users.
• Must understand what the customer requires and accordingly act on implementing and provide a relevant solution to them in a short span of time.
• The main objective of a telemarketer is to promote the growth of the business by expanding the company’s customer network.
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
Job Requirements
• Bachelor degree is a must.
• Fluent in English
• Good speaker and careful listener
• Good computer skills
• Business to Business (B2B) Background preferable
• Results Oriented
• Only Graduates.
• Minimum 1 Year’ Experience in related Field
