Duties & Responsibilities:

· Formulate business development strategies to ensure long-term success

· Set standards and objectives for different branches and departments

· Achieving sales targets set by department’s management.

· oversee operations to ensure efficiency

· Lead a team of branch managers towards effective goals achievement

· Undertake financial management to ensure branches are profitable and stay within budget

· Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines

· Evaluate performance and address issues to improve it

Qualifications

· Bachelor degree is a must

· Proven experience in retail

· Minimum 1 years of experience in similar role

· understanding of branch operations

· Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

· Excellent organizational and leadership abilities

· Excellent problem-solving abilities
