• Assist in organizing logistics processes together with executive manager.
• Prepare and review shipment costing.
• Follow up from receiving the purchase orders, payments for suppliers based on payment terms.
•  Follow up with shipping lines, agents and the clearing agent & evaluation of their service level.
• Review and ensure the documents of the imported goods are correct.
• Follow up on couriers, concerning the delivery date of the documents.
• Perform all bank procedures, transactions, and form 6 of the customs.
