• Assist in organizing logistics processes together with executive manager.
• Prepare and review shipment costing.
• Follow up from receiving the purchase orders, payments for suppliers based on payment terms.
•  Follow up with shipping lines, agents and the clearing agent & evaluation of their service level.
• Review and ensure the documents of the imported goods are correct.
• Follow up on couriers, concerning the delivery date of the documents.
• Perform all bank procedures, transactions, and form 6 of the customs.

Job Requirement

• Fluent in English is a must, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of import procedures and high follow up skills.
• Excellent computer skills and command of Microsoft Office
• Multi-tasking, well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem solving.

• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements

• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

• Meeting with production managers to assess existing processes.
• Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
• Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
• Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process.
• Analyse work flows within and across operation department to determine how the entire company can work better together
• Create an analytical process that justifies business decisions
• Work closely with the staff to select most appropriate process improvement techniques.
• Evaluate current processes and provide recommendations.
• Provide support and guidance to team to meet daily work demands.

Needed KSA

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Proven work experience as a Process Engineer.
• Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
• Advanced technical skills.
• Analytical thinker.
• Ability to project manages.
• Experience from 1-3 years of experience

 Identification and prioritization of IT needs
 Specification, ordering and installation of equipment and software.
 Software support (within reason)
 Maintenance and repairs to systems at all levels
 Maintenance of network infrastructure
 Maintenance of network software systems
 Control over the software
 Data and network security
 Control over and maintenance of user accounts
 The development of custom software solutions, where possible

About the job:

•Identify & reach new sales leads.
•Contact existing clients via email or phone to maintain fruitful business relationships.
•Prepare PowerPoint presentations & sales displays
•Ability to formulate scripts, proposals according to each purpose/ request
•Sending the company profile by e-mail to potential clients, following up with them to confirm the clarity of the services, investigating their needs, setting meetings if needed.
•Preparing and sending the quotations and carry out the initial negotiation stages
•Follow up each request execution for each client to ensure that the request is fulfilled

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree
•Very good English language
•Minimum one-year work experience in a related field or ex customer service, sales, tele-sales agent.
•Self-motivated/ target oriented.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
•Good background in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
•Innovation and problem-solving skills
•Ability to develop and create propose solutions for clients

Experience: -At least 5 years’ experience in home appliance manufacturing or TVs manufacturing industry is a preferred.
