- This is a key position that is involved in coordinating pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers, front line sales and logistics.
- You will be following result-oriented processes and practices, work with demanding targets and receive very satisfying performance incentives on achieving objectives in tight integration with the front line sales team.
- You will be involved in tele-sales related activities for renewals and repeat sales, processing sales orders received from the customers, preparation of for the product offerings based on customer requirements and up-selling or cross selling wherever required.
- Apart from these, routine activities like documentation, filing, correspondence will also be part of the job.
